An abandoned pump house transforms into a guest house

This project was a fun one! We transformed an abandoned pump house on our client’s property into a home office that can also be used for guests staying over. The small property is fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and even has a a stackable washer and dryer. The bones of this small structure were solid and all that was needed was an interior gut renovation and the transformation into a guest house was complete.
