The Jewel of the Upper East Side Pied-À-Terre

A complete gut renovation project on the Upper East Side. 

This prewar apartment did not have a usable kitchen or bathroom. The fireplace, flooring, and windows also were upgraded and restored. 

The apartment reflects the owner’s whimsical and bold sense of style and references her jewelry line, in its bold colors and tones. We kept elements of the design true to the original architecture while also injecting some modern touches throughout the home.
