I wouldn’t describe myself as someone that shops at big box stores, I generally avoid shopping at them if there is a small business alternative. The one exception to this is Target! Whenever I am searching for something that is cute and affordable, Target is my go-to. Between their seasonal collaborations with great brands/creators, and their efforts to be an ethical company, I am a fan! They have great things year-round but I tend to find the best things from Target in the fall.
My first big girl apartment was furnished with a healthy mix of Target finds with investment pieces. Now years later, they remain my go-to for home, style, and seasonal affordable finds. My favorite Target products are solidly in the home decor category. Simple decor upgrades make a huge difference in any space. With fall comes the golden hour, and warm hues popping up everywhere. If you want to give your home a fall feel, add soft touches with reds, and orange along with neutral cream backdrops and gold accents. This adds a pop of color without being overwhelming or tacky. This gorgeous pillow along with this cream and orange throw are wonderful options for a fall-themed decor update without being too much. I also love these vases that work on their own or dressed up with fall foliage. All these pieces will also work year-round so it’s not a throwaway purchase when the season ends.
Best Seasonal Finds From Target
As October rolls into November, I would be remiss to not add a bit of holiday fun to my home! I am not into over-the-top Halloween decorations, but I do love subtle nods to spooky season with a healthy blend of decorative pumpkins and candles. Target has a great selection of both, my picks are this candle that works well now and this cute pumpkin that comes in several colors, but I of course went for the gold one! It’s available in yellow and orange, and while you can’t go wrong with either, I personally love the yellow one for a bright pop of color.

Ever since I began spending more time at home, I am valuing comfort over style. My well-loved sweats can attest that I have been loving this loungewear trend a bit too much. As I look for pieces to ease back into more appropriate clothing, I loved the designer collaborations at Target this season since they offer a mix of comfort and classic style. This jumpsuit from the Nili Lotan is a sure winner. I love the olive green, the fit, and it’s available in a wide range of sizes.
