Discovery Calls
We’ll get to know your personal design style through two calls, discussing how you live in your space and exploring reference images to understand what you love.
Design Development
With your needs and aesthetic in mind, we develop a tailored design through thoughtful space planning, layouts, and material selections.
Procurement
Once all the layouts are approved, we work with our artisans and vendors to order and produce your pieces
Project Management
We oversee all aspects of the design process and help manage every detail until ready for installation
Final Deliverables & Installation
We oversee furniture and décor installation, coordinating white-glove delivery teams so every detail is in place and all you have to do is move in and enjoy your new space.

How long will my project take?
Every project is unique and requires different timelines. During our initial kickoff meeting, we’ll map out a timeline that works toward your ideal completion date and discuss the best tools and strategies to help get your project done as efficiently as possible.
What is the difference between virtual design and in person design?
Virtual design is ideal for smaller projects, our virtual design service provides thoughtful layout guidance, curated selections, and a tailored sourcing list you can implement at your own pace.
In-Person Design is more a comprehensive home and apartment renovation for clients located in the NY Tri-State area, often integrated with our architectural services for a cohesive design experience.
Can this be added to another services, such as architectural builds or consultations?
Yes, absolutely! We love to continue working with our existing clients on new ventures. We do suggest, letting us know as soon as possible if you would like to combine services as this ensures that your project runs smoothly.
I don’t use pinterest, can I share images a different way?
Yes, this process is meant to work for you! We can tailor the experience so that it works best for you. Reach out to us and let us know what you have in mind.
How does ordering work?
Studio TPE handles full ordering for clients as well as the deliveries unless you prefer ordering at your convenience. We also are there to receive and stage the items for you.
Virtual design clients will receive a detailed document with shoppable links to all the items that were suggested and can be ordered at your convenience.
What happens if I change my mind about a design item?
We do our best to accommodate changes, as we want you to love your space! If the project is already approved or in construction, additional fees may apply. If the change happens before construction, only the standard hourly fee applies.
