When it comes to making a home functional, sometim

When it comes to making a home functional, sometimes it’s the smallest spaces that make the biggest impact. Not to be dramatic but my walk in closet redesign was a huge improvement to the quality of my daily life.

My previous closet was dark with no practical dividers and impossible to find anything in, getting dressed felt like going on an archeological dig on a daily basis.

Here’s how I designed it to work for me:

I chose light materials so it’s easy to see what I have and I created dedicated spaces for my type of clothes. I added flexibility of adjustable shelves behind frosted doors this allows multipurpose storage (a must in NYC apts) that will not clutter the closet.

When designing your space you want it to look good and be functional, it’s the blend of the two that make a space work. If you need help designing your space, shoot me a dm, I would love to help you.
